We're an online store, so you can browse and order any time. When it comes to getting back to you, we're a small team and we reply to messages Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We aim to respond within one working day, usually faster.

If you contact us outside those hours, we'll pick it up first thing the next working day. We won't leave you hanging.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, use that to follow your parcel in real time. If you created an account, you can also check your order status by logging in.

If your dispatch email hasn't arrived within 2 working days of ordering, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it.
