Description

A day planner designed around your brain, not the clock.

Most planners assume that your day is a predictable series of hours.

9am: do this.
10am: do that.
11am: do the next thing.

And if you happen to lose focus, run out of energy, get distracted, hyperfocus on something completely different or spend 45 minutes trying to work out where to start… well, that's not really the planner's problem.

The Glitch & Glow Day Planner takes a different approach.

It's been designed around energy management rather than just time management — because knowing what time it is doesn't necessarily tell you what you're capable of doing at that moment.

Some tasks need concentration. Some need very little. Some days you'll have loads of energy and want to tackle the big things. Other days, getting a few small jobs done is a genuine achievement.

So instead of filling your day with rigid hourly slots, this planner gives you somewhere to put the things that matter, the things you could do, the things that need doing at a specific time — and the smaller things you can turn to when your brain isn't playing ball.

What's on the page?

Things That Matter Today
Your most important priorities, kept front and centre. Not a list of 27 things you could do — just the things that really matter today.

Larger Task Overview
A place for the bigger jobs that need your attention when you've got the energy for them. Getting them out of your head and onto the page can make them feel considerably less intimidating.

Break Them Down Here
Because "finish the report" isn't particularly helpful when you don't know where to start. Break larger jobs into smaller, more manageable steps so there's an obvious next action.

Small Tasks & Quick Wins
For those moments when your concentration or energy is running low. Small jobs still count — and getting a few easy wins under your belt can sometimes provide the momentum you need to tackle something bigger.

Timebound Commitments
Appointments, meetings, deadlines and anything else that genuinely needs to happen at a particular time. There's a place for time-based planning — it just doesn't need to dictate your entire day.

Notes
Space for the thoughts, ideas and information that inevitably turn up while you're working, so they don't have to compete for space with everything else.

Today's Achievements
A reminder that productivity isn't just about what remains on your to-do list. Record what you actually got done today — especially on the days when it felt like you didn't achieve much at all.

Things For Tomorrow
Get tomorrow's thoughts out of your head and onto the page. They don't need to keep interrupting today.

Water Intake
Because sometimes the most sophisticated productivity technique is remembering to drink some water.

And then there's the Reset Strip.

Because sometimes the plan stops working.

You get stuck. You lose focus. You become overwhelmed. You spend 20 minutes doing absolutely anything except the thing you're supposed to be doing.

That's why the bottom of the planner gives you a simple three-stage reset:

REGULATE
Do a breathing exercise. Go and take a water break. Have a physical reset, which can help fuel a mental one too.

CLEAR
Tidying your workspace, a thought-reframing exercise or practising gratitude can all help to clear your thoughts, ready for a restart.

RESTART
Microfocus - What's the smallest next step I can take? Switching to an easier task. Try a short (even two minutes) time-based sprint. All can help to rebuild momentum.

It's there to help you get moving again — without turning one difficult moment into a completely lost day.

And importantly, it's made of paper.

That might sound obvious. It isn't.

A digital planner lives on the same device as your emails, messages, social media, news alerts, Teams notifications and other things competing for your attention.

This doesn't.

Put it on your desk and your plan is simply there. No app to open. No notification to dismiss. No tab to find. No algorithm waiting to distract you.

Just a big sheet of paper, visible throughout the day, giving you a physical place to put your thoughts and a visual reminder of what you're actually trying to do.

It's not about squeezing more work into every hour.

It's about managing time and, crucially, energy too. Choosing what matters, making difficult things easier to start, and having somewhere to go if your brain takes a slightly unexpected route.

50 pages. A3. 90gsm paper. Designed for your desk, not your drawer.
